We have supplied two equipment for the filtering of coarse solids and their later compaction.

SolidTech®Nw30, our coarse screen was designed for a flow of 540m3/h with a distance between bars of 40mm in AISI-316, which would discharge into our CompaqTech®Nw90.

Our solids compactor of solids has also the duty to transport an estimated flow of 1.1m3/h.

For this last equipment, we have made some improvements regarding the security and performance of it.

For the first topic we have installed magnetic detectors in all the protection covers.

Regarding the second point, the performance has been increased with a new design of the compaction head that guarantees a greater dryness and this way, we reduce our volume of solids to be treated.
