Netwater Technology, has carried out the complete installation of a process of automatic roughing of solids in the pretreatment channels:

• A new SolidTech®Nw30S thick grating, reduced mmodel for small flows, to treat a Q=100m3/h, working inclination at 75º, 10mm aperture, main building material in AISI-304L.
• Electrical preinstallation to junction box.

The main objective of this installation was to achieve the following landmarks:

-Automatize current pretreatment process. Actually, they had two manual grilles with perforated mesh of different apertures, which were obstructed so much frequently and their cleaning has to be manual, on many occasions the bars were 100% filled, then the wáter and waste passed over, passing the biological, significantly reducing the performance of this process and when taking simples of wáter quality, did not comply with current regulations. In the first weeks after the installation of the SolidTech®Nw30S Grid, an increase in the biological performance was obrserved, allowing CAMPING VALLE DE TENA to comply with current wáter regulations.

-With the installation of our SolidTech®Nw30S Thick Grates equipment, the fine-coarse solids roughing process has been automated, which results in a significant improvement in the WWTP performance and for the wastewater treatment plant personnel their working conditions have been improved, preventing them from performing unhealthy work by not having to extract and come into contact with the waste manually.

-Increase the retention of solids by 80%.

Netwater Technology, trough this turnkey installation, has managed to meet the necessities of our client. It was a conventional work which has a large number of campsites in Spain, which allowed us to install our grid of standard thicknesses.
