Netwater Technology, has carried out the complete installation of a process of automatic roughing of fine solids:
The main objective of this installation was to achieve:
– Disassemble all the current manual system. For the realization of these works NETWATER sendt 2 qualified technicians, who were in charge of carrying out all the tasks of boilermaking (Disconnection of pipes, cutting, welding pipes.) To carry out these works, two days of work were necessary, a day to disassemble the current manual system and another day to assemble the new automatic system.
-It has been possible to automate the process of roughing fine solids, at present they had a static screen that filtered by gravity, which was clogged with high frequency and its cleaning was manual, this entailed that the filtering system will overflow frequently.
-With the installation of our FineTech®Nw60 sieve equipment, we have proceeded to the automation of the fine solids roughing process, improvement proposed by our client to the ACA (Catalan Water Agency), which gave the green light to the implementation of said improvement. The installed equipment has a high innovation component, avoids and ensures an optimum filtration of the wastewater and the expulsion of the solids retained by means of the automatic cleaning systems integrated in the sieve. Also involves a notable improvement, for the personnel of the purifying plant , preventing them from doing unhealthy work, by not having to extract and get in contact with the waste manually.
Netwater Technology, through this turnkey installation, has managed to meet the needs of our client. This work was somewhat particular because the entire system was installed on a concrete slab in the peripheral area of the biological reactor. Our technical team went to the construction site, to take measurements of the current inlet and outlet pipes, which should have been maintained. NETWATER proceeded to perform an exclusive design and thus we collaborated to avoid additional costs to our client. In the metallic deposit where the sieve was installed, regulation supports were provided, which greatly facilitated the installation of the equipment, in the following images you can see the installation made.
