Netwater Technology has supplied a multi-disc ring sludge dehydrator to treat sludge from primary (lamellar) settling and SBR/ELAN biological treatment:

  • A Multi-disc ring sludge dehydrator model EcoTech®Nw.500.302.IW, to treat a Q.Max. of 3.7 to 4.71m3/h, main construction material in AISI-304.

The TWO main objectives of our client were:

1.-Reduce energy costs in the sludge dehydration process, installing a disruptive technology, which consumes 90% less energy than other conventional technologies.

2.-Reduce operation and maintenance costs.

Netwater Technology, by supplying the dehydration equipment, has managed to meet the needs of our client.
