Netwater Technology performs a new supply of mechanical equipment for the “AGUILAS WWTP” in MURCIA, for the screening of fine solids

Rotating Drum RotaTech®Nw70T.D63.100 for the “AGUILAS WWTP” (Murcia)

The supply of mechanical equipment for the “AGUILAS WWTP” in Murcia was ordered by one of the most important engineering in the area.

We supply equipment for the screening of fine solids: RotaTech®Nw70T.D63.100 designed for a flow of 193,5m3/h with 1mm mesh in AISI-316L.

For this particular equipment we have made some improvements over the competitors that affect the performance of the equipment and its safety.

In order to increase the performance we have made several improvements such as a new design of the equipment output chamber and the solid scraper.

On the other hand, at security level we have included magnetic detectors in the protection covers that in case of a sudden opening of any them the equipment will stop functioning automatically.
