Netwater Technology, has carried out the installation of THREE screw conveyor for sludge transport:
- Sludge conveyor ScrewTech®215 no1, to treat a Q=2m3/h, main construction material in AISI-316L, which collects the sludge from the centrifuge.
- Sludge conveyor ScrewTech®215 “Vertical Position” no2, to treat a Q=2m3/h, main construction material in AISI-316L, which raises the sludge received from the screw conveyor no1.
- Sludge conveyor ScrewTech®215 no3, to treat a Q=2m3/h, main construction material in AISI-316L, which collects the sludge it receives from the screw conveyor no3 and discharges it into the sludge storage tank.
The main objective of this installation was to achieve:
-Change the current technology of transport of sludges that they had installed by means of screw pump, for a system of screw conveyor.
Netwater Technology, through this installation, has managed to meet the needs of our client, has installed a more efficient transportation system, which eliminates 100% frequent jams that had the previous technology.
The THREE screw conveyors were designed base don the dimensionjs of the existing construction. For example, in the vertical screw conveyor, intermediate supports have been designed according to the support points provided by the iron structure that supports the storage tank.
