Equipment for coarse and fine waste treatment
• High degree of compaction
• Reduction of management costs

In wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) or pumping stations, a significant amount of waste is generated during the screening process. This waste mainly consists of feces, paper, wipes, cigarette butts, etc. The amount of waste can vary depending on the mesh size of the installed screen or rake.

The large volume of waste needs to be treated before disposal. These wastes have a high water content. Before pressing, we recommend a pre-wash of the soluble solids, which significantly improves waste dehydration. Weight and volume can be reduced by up to 80%.

Reducing the weight and volume of waste leads to reduced operational costs.

We have successfully introduced our hydraulic compactors PressTech® Nw91 to the market.
